Due to the peculiarities of  Windows Vista and later versions of Windows it  is recommended to run the setup program as a user with Administrator level.

Also, you must install it in the default folder C:\VQLog and never under "C:\Program files".   Installing it under "C:\Program files" will cause trouble for sure.
